Social Enterprises

The Rees Group has worked on Social Enterprises schemes such as Kings' Cafe in Kings' School where a cafe was created in an under utilised space to serve the many customers of the Sports centre, offering hot food and drinks and a place of salvation from the rain for parents this scheme worked well as an extra revenue stream for Kings' School Sports Centre.

Wessex Bouncy Castles was set up as a promotional tool for the swim school, and although hired out to private clients for parties the castles were also given to schools for free use at their school fete's. With this scheme Wessex Bouncy Castles raised over £1,500 for local schools by charging 50p-£1 for 3-5mins of 'bouncing time'. All the money raised went straight to the school funds which benefited the schools directly. After 2 very successful seasons the castle business was sold onto a local pre-school to help develop their business further.
