Managing Director of the Wessex Swim School for 7 years, this July. I have grown the business from 20 swimmers to over 700 weekly swimmers and an impressive 1,000 + swimmers per year learn to swim with Wessex Swim School.
I have created a strong brand along the south coast as a high quality affordable swim school. The swim school is also one of the most highly regarded swimming teacher training outlets in the UK, having trained over 650 swimming teachers with a 98% pass rate.

Tri Try Events is my latest venture which involves encouraging youngsters and adults into multi sport activities such as Triathlons, Duathlons and we have developed the unique event - The Swicle.
2011 sees 6 events taking place along the South coast as part of 'The Body in Motion Triathlon Series' which encourage the whole family to participate in sport.

Tri Team Wessex is the Winchester Triathlon Team. With 3 GB status athletes and 4 Ironman competitors as well as Novices this all inclusive club is a must for Triathletes! www.triteamwessex.co.uk

Currently studying for my CIM Professional Certificate in Marketing with a view to improving Rees Leisure's position in the market as well as developing the ReesMedia side of the business.

In October 2010 I completed my STA (Swimming Teachers Association) Tutor course which now enables me to train STA swimming teachers and NaRS lifeguard courses. Having completed this at just 24 years old I am one of the youngest Tutors in the country and in October I am flying out to Qatar to do my first overseas course.

I am also working very closely with Young Enterprise to help develop future entrepreneurs. I am on the Hampshire Board as well as the Business Advisor for Peter Symonds my old college.

June 2011 I was honoured to be a Guest Speaker for JCI Southampton - and I showed the members my 7 Crucial Elements to succeed in Business!
